A great(!) musical circus is coming to town!

Let’s go to the circus and dance like animals! Yes, Babylon Circus is on tour so swing by for a night of French fun in a town near you.

If you like balkan music or ska-punk or dancehall reggae or afro-beat or all of these styles – or you’d just like a nice, filling portion of Eastern European gypsy vibes – you should give Babylon Circus a listen. But seriously, this is a full package live band. Recordings will only give you a little sneak peek of their music. There’s so much more. And they’re playing no less than five live shows in Germany – counting Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Hanover, and Munich.

Known as one of the best French live bands this nine-piece orchestra has been moving crowds allover the globe – since 1995. Sydney Festival said Babylon Circus delivers an infatuating sonic spectacle. And that’s the truth. Nothing less. The parties this band creates are almost legendary. If you like Gogol Bordello’s gypsy punk there’s a good chance you’ll think these French guys have really nailed it too. Anyway. They know how to truly satisfy a crowd. That’s for sure. They’ve got tons of energy and loads of experience.

The lyrics are as wild as the music. They’re rebellious, political, and direct. Babylon Circus hasn’t released anything since the album Never Stop arrived five years ago – but rumour has it new songs are on the way and will be played at the concerts coming up.

Convinced yet? Get your freak out and your feet ready on the floor. You’ll want to see these guys live. The horns will blow you away if you go… So, do you dare?
